I started my own path in fitness at sixteen, learning the art of balance while working full-time, attending school, and pursuing my passion for health. That early drive shaped the work ethic I bring to every client I train today.
With a background in nutrition and dietetics — and plans to earn my master’s degree to become a Registered Dietitian — I understand how training and nutrition work hand-in-hand to create real, lasting results. During the week, I work with clients in the gym; on weekends, I serve in the restaurant industry, which keeps me grounded in the reality of balancing fitness with everyday life.
As a competitive bodybuilder, I’ve learned the discipline it takes to push past limits, but I also know how to make the process sustainable and enjoyable. My own training blends bodybuilding techniques with high-intensity conditioning and outdoor activities like hiking and bouldering, proving that fitness doesn’t have to be confined to four walls.
